Jharkhand will declared Assembly Elections Results 2009 today.
The general election to the legislative assembly of Jharkhand would be held in five phases in 81 ACs (out of which 9 are reserved for Scheduled Castes [SCs] and 28 for Scheduled Tribes [STs]).
The previous assembly was dissolved on October 22.
The state has been under President’s rule since Jan 19, 2009 after then the Chief Minister, Shibhu Soren lost a by-election and was forced to resign.
